How it works
Simple to run, every day.
- 01 PrepareStaff set up the session programme for the member.
- 02 Lie downThe member lies on the padded lounger inside the pod.
- 03 SessionOxygen, light, sound and vibration run together for about 40 to 50 minutes.
- 04 FinishThe programme ends on its own; the member rests before getting up.
