Privacy policy
This policy explains how Vitur BV, trading as KUON Longevity Systems (“KUON”, “we”), handles personal data when you visit this website, fill in a form, or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
1. Who is responsible

Vitur BV is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers our website and sales contacts. It does not cover the Human Battery Engine software supplied to centres: there, the centre is responsible for its members’ data and a separate data processing agreement applies.

We do not ask for health information. Please do not send health details about yourself or others through our forms or WhatsApp. If you do, we use them only to answer you and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed.
3. Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
With your consent we use:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure how the website is used;
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure ad results and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited our website;
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) to measure our ads on LinkedIn and show them to people who visited our website
These tools collect data such as pages visited, device and browser details, an online identifier and, for advertising, whether you clicked an ad. For the collection and transmission of data through the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, Vitur BV, Meta and LinkedIn are joint controllers; each provider is responsible for its own further processing under its own privacy policy. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
4. Who we share data with
Only with providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc.
- Lead and customer records: [provider, EU data centre]
- Customer service tools: [provider, location]
- WhatsApp Business: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd
- Email: Google Ireland Ltd (Google Workspace)
- Consent management: Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot)
And with the analytics and advertising providers in section 4, if you consent. We also share data where needed to deliver your order (transport, installation partner, manufacturer for warranty service), with our accountant and legal advisers, or where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (such as Vercel, Google, Meta and LinkedIn) may process data outside the European Economic Area. We only allow this with appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use (including for direct marketing), and to receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hi@kuon.eu; we answer within one month.

7. Security
We protect personal data with access controls and encryption in transit, and keep only what we need for as long as we need it.
8. Children
This website is meant for professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date and version at the top show the latest version.
