A room people return to.

Warm wood, low light, room to sit back. A cabin that feels right becomes part of someone's week — and that is what we build for. Come and see one running.

How it works

Simple to run, every day.

  1. 01 Step inThe member enters a pre-warmed cabin and takes a seat.
  2. 02 Warm upInfrared emitters warm the body directly; the air stays milder than in a classic sauna.
  3. 03 SettleLow light, colour lighting or music — depending on the finish level.
  4. 04 Cool downThe session ends on a timer; time to rest and drink water after.
